Commissioned by Let's Feed Brum, shot over 3 days while covid restrictions were less severe, in October 2020, the film shows some of the outreach activities that take place, day in, day out, to support Birmingham's most vulnerable residents, the communities of people living on our streets. Featuring interviews with clients and volunteers, it gives an insight into the daily workings of this inspiring organisations, and a sense of its culture and value for all involved. That it should be necessary at all should be a matter of shame for us all, and a call to urgent action. A longer version of the film which includes the insights of more volunteers, is in the process of being edited. See it here.
